The success of the Château d'Allaman Wines is based on the experience and dedication of the Castle's vigneron, Monsieur Samuel Brocard to grow grapes of the highest in quality. The harvesting is done by hand-selection & cutting on the estate that offers finest conditions 'La Côte' in the Canton de Vaud.
